OPEN POSITIONS

Job Summary

This division hires truck drivers throughout Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, and Arizona to deliver bulk materials from cement plants to various customer concrete batch plants. These pickup and delivery locations are located throughout Utah, Arizona, Wyoming, and Idaho so a pneumatic driver may be able to live virtually anywhere in these locations (along I-80). If you have previous pneumatic experience, utilize your driving skills and expertise at Burningham Trucking.

Requirements

  • Drivers must meet all Federal Motor Carrier guidelines
  • Minimum two years CDL driving experience
  • Verifiable history of safe driving
  • Reasonable clean MVR
  • Doubles endorsement with at least 6 months experience
  • Pneumatics experience is a plus

Job Summary

Our Aggregate drivers primarily pull Belly Dumps & Side Dumps trailers and transport bulk materials to local concrete batch plants throughout Utah. Burningham Trucking hires local truck drivers along the Wasatch front for this division.

Job Summary

Burningham Trucking has an OTR division that travels from Utah to the Northwest (ID, OR, WA, etc.) on a weekly basis. This division hires drivers throughout Utah, Idaho and along the I-84 corridor.

Requirements

  • Drivers must meet all Federal Motor Carrier guidelines
  • Minimum two years CDL driving experience
  • Verifiable history of safe driving
  • Reasonable clean MVR
  • Pneumatics experience is a plus

Job Summary

At least two years' experience in loading trucks and operating equipment. Must be able to perform routine maintenance, such as lubricating and fueling. Steady job.

Job Summary

Mechanics will operate on Kenworth, Peterbilt, and Cummins engines. Pay will depend on mechanics experience and demonstration of work ethic.

Mechanics will interact with customers (drivers) on a daily basis. It is imperative mechanics have the social skills necessary to communicate effectively to properly determine the cause and solution of a complaint.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a high level of workmanship while being self-motivated, focused, and able to effectively communicate with others to solve a problem. A Valid CDL is desired, but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform standard inspections and repairs
  • Perform preventive maintenance (brakes, batteries, tires, oil and lube, filters)
  • Identify and repair brake-related deficiencies
  • Identify and repair steering components
  • Identify and perform clutch adjustment maintenance
  • Check and adjust coolant levels
  • Replace and/or repair defective equipment
  • Replace and/or repair tires and lights
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and safe work area
  • Perform facility maintenance duties when required
